Karzi Equities is a direct lender and offers real estate collateralized loans that either do not meet the requirements of conventional banks or which need immediate funding. Our loans range from $50,000 to $2,000,000 on residential and commercial properties in California. For Refi's and purchases additional charges may apply, i.e. loan origination, processing, and closing costs.

Loan Size: $50,000 - $2,000,000 in 1st or 2nd lien positions

Interest Rate: Rate varies depending on LTV, property and other factors 

Term: One Year - Three Years (Additional terms may be approved on a case-by-case basis)

Foreclosure/NOD, Probate, Bankruptcy, Bad Credit Ok

Purchase Money and Refinance Transactions 

Rehab and construction loans 

No property inspection 

Corporations, LLC's, and Trusts Ok

Up to 75% LTV on Purchases & up to 70% on Refi's
